GPSDude, Just curious what GK does that is better than most on LiDAR data?


Reads LAS or LAZ formats natively and creates maps at 1 meter resolution. (can create even higher resolution with newer high point density lidar, but we have not found much need for it in Agriculture. Searches through a folder full of LAS or LAZ files and extracts and merges them into one file. Can read just the classifications you want, so you can exclude buildings, trees and vegetation.
