4 feet - I'd suspect one receiver is on a different Datum. I have no idea how you get a GeoSteer to report which datum its using. I'm not even sure if a Datum offset can be applied when on RTK since that is typically done when the base is surveyed in.

I did a test this year between two datums - NAD83(NSRS2011) and ITRF2014 - and the difference was 44 inches East-West and 44 inches North-South.
