yellow wire in Pin 9 on the 40 pin
brown wire in pin 18 of the 40 pin
red/white wire in pin 28 of the 40 pin
orange wire in pin 16 of the 24 pin
You're going to have to change some TAP parameters as well. It isn't a plug and play installation.
