Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Not that I’m aware of. I see it myself but it doesn’t bother me much. I'm guessing they feel it is necessary from a safety and liability standpoint.

There are many areas in various situations that seem stupid or silly but can be jacked around by a clever lawyer. I always like the one at a business that says "Door to remain unlocked during business hours". Seems like a good idea to me. I suppose in case of an emergency, a person would then know it is a way in/out.
