NW IL | A raven slingshot might work. Make sure whatever modem you use is 4G. Data activation center (previously referenced) should be able to get data for you in slingshot.
Don’t be afraid to price a new 4G modem.
You will find an ton of used 3G on the market. Many network providers have dropped support of 3G.
