I personally don't use Wisconsin CORS. But pretty sure this will get you 99% of the way there:

(1) Register for an account ( https://wiscorsweb.dot.wi.gov/TrimblePivotWeb/RegisterAccount.aspx )

(2) Unlock your RTK receiver. Your GPS receiver must be unlocked to RTK. No way around this.

(3) Purchase cellular hardware to receive the corrections. There are 3 main options listed below.

(3a) Purchase a dedicated cell modem with a cellular plan. One 3rd party option for both hardware and data is https://www.dataactivationcenter.com/

(3b) Purchase a bluetooth to serial device. If running Android you can use Lefbure NTRIP: http://lefebure.com/software/android-ntripclient/ . One common bluetooth to serial device that has been discussed on AgTalk is Parani SD1000. There are dozens of bluetooth to serial devices out there for Android. IOS is a little bit of a different animal . Two independent hardware options for IOS that I am aware of are http://amanenterprises.com/ and https://www.back40precision.com/rtkonnect

(3c) If you have a newer machine, some manufacturers offer a built in cellular modem from factory and can do NTRIP using factory terminal. Ones that come to mind are Raven RS1 ; AGCO ; Case IH Vector Pro. If you are running Ag Leader 6500/7500 with InCommand 1200/800 they offer a built in NTRIP client in the monitor also. With Ag Leader you need a cellular hotspot in the cab sharing wifi to the InCommand display.

(4) Enter your user name; password ; and mount point ; and IP address for WISCORS into either your cell modem, NTRIP app, or machine terminal.

(5) Connect to WISCORS.

Again: I have never personally used WISCORS. Disclaimer I personally work with DigiFarm and am a dealer for them. I am more familiar with DigiFarm hardware and services.
