| The hydraulic drive on our kinze planter has been giving us issues. It was taking awhile to start, so I thought that the wheel motion sensor was bad and replaced it but no change. Started to try to diagnose the problem and found that I immediately had voltage to the hydraulic valve but it wouldn't start until the voltage got higher. I was able to make it work better by adjusting the pwm gain and the zero flow offset in the ag leader monitor. Also noticed that it wouldn't prime the meter or run a seed meter calibration before I made these adjustments. I had ran a calibration earlier this year. My question is what would be causing this? Is the solenoid getting weak? Something wrong with the proportional valve? Thanks! | |
