I'll have this problem occasionally first thing in the morning. I had noticed on mine that if I go into the Diagnose menu, then look at the DBM menu, it would show zero volts for the tractor and dbm up in the left hand corner. After reseting the display and or modules it would recognize power and then work fine. Not sure if this is your problem but it's a place to look.
