NE Iowa | +1 on keeping them under a roof. Outside lots introduce slop which they track back into the shed. Makes it difficult to keep the bed pack dry in high moisture environments. 50sf/hd is good. Feed aprons are easy to clean vs a bunk. 5’ overhangs on this shed.
