S.E. South Dakota | Been years since dad had cattle. I never fed but handful myself. No yards left but a 40 by 40 open front shed. My daughter who is 13 and likes the farm wants some livestock on Small scale. I was thinking about building a small lot out in front of the shed for 20 head or so. Go many feet needed per head? Was thinking of pouring an apron out front to set inline bunks. How much headroom per critter? | |
