Had that happen a few years ago.   Old grain truck with a antique tag supposedly had toll on Texas road.   No way that truck made it from north Kansas to Houston.   I discovered  a semis power tag in Texas had the same number as my antique.   I got some lady in Texas department of trans to help straighten it out.  Think I had to send her a copy of registration and a picture of my antique plate  , but she got it fixed and I never got another.   computers are great ain't they.     Number I called was:
