Pull up youtube and find the John Deere channel. Should be at least one video about Setup Builder. It asks you what display you are making it for, what fields you want, products, equipment, etc. Then you can download that zipped file from the Files page. You'd need to extract it for it to work on the card. 

I'm sure there are plenty of dealer videos out there too showing all of the same steps
