Eastern Nebraska | I agree that to many young people today do not know how to change a tire, check the oil, or many of the other basics in life.....maybe as parents we need to be a little better at teaching those things. I thank my dad and grandpa for teaching me. Please do not assume that all of us females are helpless and simply want you to change our flat tire.... I know how to change my tire and my oil but physically I do not have the strength in my arms to do it after shoulder surgery so I very much look up to those knights in shining armor (or more apptly farm pick ups...my favorite kind) that come to my rescue if I need you. Thank you Don for helping this young lady. Hopefully she will grow up and one day remember as you remembered someone helping you and she will help someone else. | |
