We used to have cattle, and a neighbor had gray hounds. He would let them out to run, and they go right past our place chasing the cattle, thus breaking the fence. We called the law, they talked to the guy, he still did it. We called the law again, they said shoot em!
We did. Next day picked up 4 dead dogs, took to his drive way, dumped em and left.
Couple days later had a couple more.
He did not learn.
