Then we are going to see who planned years ahead to ride out the storm and buy up all the bargains that come up.
In 2030 the baby boomers are going to be between 66 and 85 years old. All the land they hold is going to be changing hands. They are the ones that could weather a downturn the best just as they are leaving the picture. | |
