what kind of shape is your oil squirters or injectors? Does it cold start pretty easily; little or no slobbering? How long since you ran the overhead? And last but not least, is your water pump 100%?
To me, one broke piston without any other signs of damage on the other 5 is a little quick to blame just the ET's.
