Speed of operation is entirely a flow issue. Pressure won’t do anything for you. Without knowing anything about the machine, it sounds as though the pump is likely just a fixed displacement gear pump. Only way to increase flow is to increase the speed the pump is turning. Plumbing the outlet of the solution pump to anything will likely end up blowing seals in the solution pump due to increasing back pressure. Again, not sure how your solution pump is controlled but, it’s possible you are sending more flow than necessary to it. If you can spare flow to it and still maintain your desired rate, that would be the way to go. A similar thing happens with tractors and planters. Guys will run a remote wide open to a vac or bulk fill fan and it robs flow from everything else. A circuit that only requires ten gpm is being sent 20. Turning it down to 12 so it has some extra flow frees up 8 gpm. If your solution pump can achieve rate with 10 gpm and you’re sending it 20, restricting that could help substantially.
