Been reading about the benefits of Real Lemon's in your water . . . . Knew about it most of my adult life, but recently started drinking water with real lemon juice, not the bottled (pasteurized) lemon. I do know, it has helped me with cold/flu symptoms just before bed. So, Is it better to have a hot lemon/honey drink in the morning or evening ?
