I think we need to know more information. What size is the bin? Do you side draw unload it instead of using the center unload? Was it put up correctly with the heavier sheets to the bottom? My bins are 40-60 years old. But they are smaller. None of them have wrinkled. Some have rust inside, that I cleaned up and painted over. 8 years is way to soon to see a failure. Without a wind event or doing something you shouldn’t.
