Just opened my 2nd letter today. First one last month said $5.43 due even though there was no balance. Todays statement had a $25 late fee but they took the $5.43 off so now I have a balance due of $19.57 ! Don't waste your time trying to call. I'm going to tell my Case dealer Farm Plan from now on or cash :)
