West Central Iowa | I got a john deere 2510 c, it would go through stalks with the coulter closing wheels it came with, but my brother had put the notched ones on and they plug more. The walking tandems are terrible on mine, they've been rebuilt twice already. My brother says they used regular bearings in the walking tandems is what the problem is. The best thing about the John Deere toolbar is the shank trip system, mostly you never have to get out because they don't break shear bolts. This year the Dmi's, Blue Jets, and Daltons were going through shear bolts like crazy because of the soil conditions.
