I never had trouble down to 0 with #2 especially if when real cold you let it warm up before getting out on the road. Have always had best luck with adding #1 to top off the tank in the fall and not using any winter time add in product. I see the KwikStar's around here are saying they go with 30% #1 in there winter diesel package.
When we got down to 12 or so a couple years ago, I know of several pickups that wouldn’t start/run on #2. They fired up just fine when it warmed up. |
