| Agree with others sounds like a spark arrestor in the muffler. Had to replace one in my weedeater. Tried replacing carb still would not open up. Went to get new spark arrestor and parts man said would have to order, but he would just clean it by heating it up with a small touch and then blow compressed air on it while really hot. Worked great glowed cherry red and cleaned all gunk out. Put it back in and ran like a new machine. | |
