We tap into the natural gas water heater in our house to warm up the ceramic kitchen floor in our old farm house. The rest of the house is forced air. Pump circulates all the time at a low flow rate. Still lots of hot water for other needs. I think the area is large than what your doing. Shouldn't need a boiler for a room that size unless you heat more area in the future. Any plumbing and heating company should come up with the calculation and equipment pretty quick.
