| Since we are not there to inspect the set up, we are all assuming from the beginning, that you have a properly sized hi and low air intake, without a birds nest obstruction, to impede air flow. Next is proper orifice for the fuel being consumed. Last is proper size vent so consumed Oxygen/Hydrocarbons are vented, according to size of boiler. Those are the basics. Next comes water hardness ( scale accumulating on inside of tubes), not allowing a good heat transfer, or some extreme corrosion on outside of tubes, again affecting heat transfer. When in doubt, call the best boiler/plumber you know. Money well spent. | |
