Ohio | I just have to ask.
Why is a diesel fuel pump covered under warranty and a gasoline fuel pump would not?
I would think new vehicles with warranty would cover either fuel pump type?
I had nearby chevy dealer repair my pickup, they also said my purchased extended warranty would cover the bill, even talked to the warranty company for approval. When it was done and I picked it up I have big bill to pay, warranty didn't cover it! I paid the bill and have never been back in that dealership since. For over 12 years I do all my business with a great Chevy dealer 40 miles away and has been excellent and worth the drive.
