Most likely the front spring is loosing it’s arch.
I had a semi do this. I replaced both sides to make it back level. Don’t replace just one side.
Good answers here -Never replace 1 spring on front .
Put it on known level concrete and measure to bottom of frame to ground to verify . If it were me id jack it up and check king pins .
Most people dont know how to isolate them from the bearings to check - jack up one side , have someone hold the breaks down put pry bar in wheel and check .
Should be less that 1/4" but you can feel one thats worn out .
Sounds silly - but make sure both steer tires are aired up to spec - id do 110 or what tire max single is on a dump truck . Ill bet the steer is at about max weight loaded.
While you are at it , dont forget to look at the back suspension , it there is trouble there it will lean a bit loaded .
