My question is , in the park we are coop members of in Texas , they never applied for any COVID type Benifit , now in reading there might be a Employee retention Act looks a lot like PPL Has anyone he read or heard about this program? Our park lost a lot of money in COVID , but management never even tried. So was just trying to help them. .Thanks for any help.
Most family employees do not qualify. PPP money used to keep employees on payroll - cannot use same employees’ wages for ERC.
