Not at all. Have it bolted through the floor into the cross beams of the trailer. Never had an issue with tipping over. Being a double drop trailer, the totes on the top aren't really any higher than the bulk tanks. If it were just a regular flatbed, you might have to worry about being too high for over passes or wires.
