Subject: RE: Minnesota has mandate year around ~

central - east central Minnesota -

Mbmaring - 12/3/2022 06:12 Use it in Minnesota without any problems in summer think they stop adding it in October to prevent gelling. I'm all for using crops we grow to make fuel.

Minnesota has the mandate for bio-diesel year around. 20%, 10% and winter time, 5%.

https://www.mda.state.mn.us/environment-sustainability/minnesota-biodiesel    .

Problems come when some blend used "Fryer" grease to make the mandate. Fryer grease is less money then soy oil or canola oil. If used fryer grease/oil isn't process correctly, it cause trouble. If the legislature would fix or change the wording to unused or new bio-oils ?
