55912 | You are not staying somewhere to be taken care of. Pulling your trash down the drive after a weeks stay before you leave on sunday for Monday morning pickup a 6 am shouldn't be a big ask. Putting your dirty dishes in and starting dishwasher before you leave shouldn't be a big ask. If people can't, won't do simple things like this they can stay somewhere else or pay up to have it done for them. Expectations should be on the listing page and if it is to big of task don't click the button. Air bnb doesn't have anything to do with cleaning fee or policy. That is the owners discretion along with any rules dealing with the stay or cancelation policy. I charge 150 cleaning fee and have a three day minimum stay. I pay my cleaning lady 150 dollars to clean every time regardless if she spends 2 hours or 8. Often it's hard to tell it's been rented except for a full garbage and clean dishes in the dishwasher. | |
