I recommend against Robinhood because they don't allow OTC companies and their pre-market and after-hours hours are shorter than the rest.  Also recommend against WeBull because its a Chinese company.  

Etrade, TDA,  Schwab, BofA are all highly recommended.  If you have enough money get IBR because if your stock gets lent out for short selling, you get half the interest income on the borrowed shares.
