Subject: RE: 1688 unloading auger

East of Broken Bow
It has two switches. One at the hinge, that slows down the auger for the last little bit into the cradle, and then the cradle switch. If one or the other isn't working right, it won't work properly, and it can sometimes do odd things.
I would check both switches with a continuity tester, and be sure they both work properly.

PS, actually, it has 3 switches, but one only activates at full extension, and should not affect the folding of the auger, but if it is sticky, it can make the unfolding act wonky.
