We buy a couple. Debone it and pressure can it in pint jars. Boy is that good. A little mayo, turkey salad. We do the same thing with some cheap cuts of beef, like rump roast.
We also will soak one in a brine of tender quick and liquid smoke for a few days, then put it in a roaster.
Why do so many here hate turkey.
