I have 4 large straight trucks. Lost the first on the first day we started shelling corn. Had 20 bu on it from cleaning out the bin and started it to air up saw smoke coming out from under the hood, had a major fire started in the air cleaner got it out but going the take some time to fix. Half way through and the back differential broke on another truck finished my corn and beans with my two smallest trucks but still had some custom work but there corn was wet and wanted to wait. Found the springs broken on the third truck bad enough can’t drive it much so down to one truck. Borrowed a truck from a friend and was hopping to finish up today and my fourth truck wheel bearing went out today. Guess I have plenty of work ahead fixing trucks. At least they where all working for chopping our corn silage and all the custom chopping.
