Not anymore. That's why I "retired" from my day job in town. I actually enjoyed my job driving truck, but had my fill of management/leadership. Actually it was the LACK of management/leadership. I don't want to deal with the frustrations any longer.
My shop supervisor at JB was a complete idiot , he was there because of years of service . Im pretty sure he is BI polar . had wild mood swings . It was rumored his wife was running around on him . hE IM still friends with alot of the guys and a bunch of people way up in the company .
still talk to alot of the workers and high up bosses , talk to them pretty often .
Not that idiot though , iill never have the displeasure of speaking to him again .
My short list of people i wont speak to has 2 people on it , the fellow that ran around with my ex wife and that guy . If i did speak to them it would not be pleasant for them .
PEOPLE DONT QUIT JOBS THEY QUIT BAD BOSSES
