Dealers really don't want to negotiate anymore. They got spoiled in the last couple years. With fools and covid money and lack of supply. Things are changing though. In a year I think things will be vastly different. Still inflation has new vehicles at stupid high prices so they will command higher used prices until they set on stuff long enough and can't move it.
