Todays propaganda is filled with feel good buzz words. Resiliency, sustainable, green, zero-carbon, safe, effective. If one looks at the whole picture buzz words are almost always misleading if not totally false. They also give the impression that what currently exists is the opposite of what they are claiming they want to achieve when in fact at times it might even fit that description better than their proposal.
