I’m building my wife a giant walk in pantry. We’re going to put a full size chest freezer in it to store mainly beef. Probably put expensive cuts in it and cheaper cuts and pork outside in our current freezer. I’m adding a new 20 amp circuit for the freezer so it will be on its own breaker.

Does anyone have any ideas for monitoring that it’s on at all times? With the stand up in the garage we get defrost water trickling out the door pretty fast so there’s no question the kids didn’t shut it good or something else is wrong.
