I own 2.5 acres, 1.5 of which is house, lawn, shop & barn, 1 acre of irrigated grass pasture, not even zoned ag...I actually got one of those frickin' surveys once...Threw it away, never got another one.
A few of the crusty old farmers here send it in, but lie & exaggerate like hell on it...
