Illinois law has changed can’t just partition Court to sell
it not that simple anymore , owners are going to have to agree or lawyers are going to cost a LOT . disclosure my son is a attorney I have heard of some horrible stories on this.
Nursing home can’t put a lien on partnerships for one party
