Do doctors and hospitals in Canada have the malpractice insurance??? Is there any private insurance companies up there? Just asking……


They will have insurance, but there is way less cases to people getting sued up here its not really a thing compared to the USA. We don't have ambulance chaser lawyers for the most part. We have private insurance companies. Pretty well anything you would go to a hospital or clinic for is covered by the government (our taxes). Things like vision, dental, chiropractic, massage is covered by insurance providers or out of pocket.
