Subject: Government run healthy care???

east central ND
If health care was 100% government. Would there be no need for health insurance companies, malpractice insurance and the associated lawsuits and lawyers. (Not says there still would not be bad doctors, decisions, etc). No need for separate veterans hospitals. And one price drugs for all.

Hhhmmm.

How much lower would healthcare costs be in the US?

It would be an administrative nightmare. I’m sure the insurance industry would be against it. But the insurance company workers could help fill all the other jobs available right now.

Do doctors and hospitals in Canada have the malpractice insurance??? Is there any private insurance companies up there? Just asking……
