You make an excellent point about increasing property value. I think in the coming years the cost of electricity will make a well planned and built solar system a real asset to property that is being sold. I still think that in the short term the initial upfront cost is going to keep a lot of people from taking the leap. Especially those who are carrying a lot of debt on assets that are depreciating rapidly. Those who have saved and managed their debt well will be in a position to take advantage of solar in the coming months and years. | |
