North of London | I do remember an article about the % that burn through their winnings and end where they began but do not remember what time period they put on it.
When you have little $$ to manage you do not learn how to do it and few would think of hiring a financial planner to help them.
Most have the money and have to spend it.
Some of their purchases lead to higher living costs which they can not afford to continue without depleting the winnings that they may have left.
But I suppose they have a good time for 5 years | |
