At this point in time I can't see anyone recognizing this as anything legitimate. If someone were to fall for this, they deserve to lose what they lose.
I disagree, they are generally targeting elderly people who have minds that are starting to dim. They don't deserve to have their life earnings stolen from them just because they have grown vulnerable.
