I agree with the others. In the little I have used them the insert type bits need to turn uncomfortably fast. For me anyway. I have a few hi speed steel tools that I have good luck with. I have been watching some u tube channels like this old Tony and Joe pie. There are a few others too. My skill level is so low I can pick up something from most but it’s fun to learn some things.
