Forgive me, but if “that’s all it takes” then you go on living a worldly life and it doesn’t matter because you were baptized and said a short prayer?

What about living in communion with God through his sacraments? He asked us to break bread with Him daily. Are we going to mass daily to receive Him in the Eucharist?

If you get furiously angry do you have to be re-saved because you committed sin against the commandments? Or do you just never get angry by living at peace with God and yourself?

As a Catholic I’ve never understood being saved. I recon that through my confirmation of faith I was born again or saved. And each time I say a holy confession I’m cleaned of sin and born again into the light of Christ. Then I walk out of the confessional and have human thought and failures brought on by the devil and I need to do it all over again.
