Subject: Building deck in cold weather ???

LaSalle, Ontario, 10 miles south of Detroit Mi.
I started a new deck 3 weeks ago in 65 °f weather now 30's at night 40's day time . Concrete done, working on frame, pressure treated. My question when cutting lumber now is it too cold to end treat the cut lumber? I'm thinking make the measurement walk to garage cut, treat end cuts in somewhat warmth then go back out and assemble. Then next concern, top boards are pvc, is it too cold to be working with them?
By the way My last deck I built 33 yrs ago all cedar, good quality lumber, This pressure treated lumber I feel is crappy quality.
Just a farmer playing carpenter thinking outloud.
Thanks G
