East Central Nebraska | I like burgers off the pellet grill. Sometimes I get some pizza cheese and mix into the burger. I once got the burgers pressed into patties from the butcher shop. I didn't care for that. I also don't like when the wife makes the burgers. She makes holy burgers (cooks the hell out of them). I too put a dimple in the burger and most of the time if in the evening, it gets a little beer dumped on it instead of water. Speaking of hamburgers, last Monday, I was picking up some seasoning for deer sausage at Frisco in Omaha actually in Bellevue by Offutt AFB and asked the guy about a good place to eat. He sent me to Stella's bar and grill. One of the best burgers I've ever had. I got there right a 11:00 and there was a line of about 20 people waiting for it to open. Too bad I'm 70+ miles from that place.
